Sarah Jane Regis always make sure your items are fully inspected and checked prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase you can simply send your item/items back to us for an exchange only. Items that you wish to exchange must be returned no later than 7 days from the date you receive them. We are unable to accept returns after this time has passed. When exchanging online orders please be aware there will short processing time frame ( up to 7 days ) for us to exchange your items and have your new order sent back to you.
For physical purchases within our shop, you still have 7 days to exchange items that you are not completely happy with. However, when exchanging in-store items you must bring you original till receipt given to you on the date of purchase. if this is not provided, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with an exchange. with this in mind please make sure you retain all shop receipts.
For SALE/CLEARANCE RAIL item/items that are purchased, the above process DOES NOT APPLY for in-store & online purchases, and we are unfortunately unable to offer Refunds or Exchanges. Items that are in this category will generally be end of line stock, ie we are unable to source new stock, so please note that they will be of limited quantities. All items will be subject to our strict quality control for customer satisfaction, prior to dispatch/collection to ensure they are in 100% condition for your satisfaction.
All items returned from online/boutique sales will be inspected, **all items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition with original tags still attached**. If items are deemed to be not in the condition that they were originally sent, we will be unable to issue an exchange for that particular item. Please TAKE EXTRA CARE when trying on your new purchase, as any items returned that are marked with make-up, fake-tan, lotions, perfumes or tag less, etc etc will not be eligible for an exchange. All footwear items must be tried on indoors as any that have signs of wear or outdoor use will not be eligible for exchange. Once an item(s) has been exchanged, you new item(s) cannot be exchanged a second time.
With the above, in mind, we would like to remind you that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or undelivered RETURN parcels sent to us by you. To avoid any unforeseen problems, we advise keeping your proof of return postal receipt safe! The costs for exchange parcels will be the responsibility of the customers, however, all cost associated with exchanged items sent back out to customers will be covered by SJR.
